At Weight Loss Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality care and service. Due to the customized nature of prescription compound medications, our refund policy is as follows:

Prescription Orders

• Before Shipment:
  If your prescription order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund. We will confirm with the pharmacy that the order can be canceled before processing your refund.
• After Shipment:
  Once your medication has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds. This is due to the nature of compounded medications, which are prepared specifically for each individual and cannot be reused or restocked.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

• If your medication arrives damaged, unusable, or is significantly delayed and does not meet our delivery standards, we will offer either a replacement at no additional charge or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
