How to recharge your energy
Bioenergetics is the study, detection, and correction of energy within living systems. Our holistic approach goes beyond just examining how ATP powers cells; we explore all the ways energy is gathered, controlled, and directed to optimize overall health.
Our bioenergetic principles outline how your lifestyle choices can have an immediate and positive impact on your well-being. Working with a bioenergetics practitioner can elevate your energy levels and enhance your sense of well-being, empowering you to pursue your dreams.
Boosting Your Body's Energy – Maximize Your Energy Exchange with the Environment
We continuously gather energy through an ongoing exchange with our environment. We consume food to obtain nutrients that fuel our bodies, and then excrete waste, which the earth can recycle to nourish other forms of life. We inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide, which plants use for their own energy production. Additionally, we absorb electrons from the earth and photons from the sun, converting them and emitting our own energy in the form of biophotons and more.
This energy exchange is constant throughout our lives, but we can enhance it by making healthier lifestyle choices, providing ourselves with more energy to thrive.
Diet
When someone lacks the energy to respond effectively, it’s evident that an energy boost is needed to take action. As shown in the chart toward the bottom of the page, an increase in energy is required for a proper response. However, if the person is already low on energy, attempting to use more will quickly push them into a survival state, causing their system to shut down in an effort to conserve the little energy they have left.
Sunlight & Heat
Light, particularly infrared light or heat, enhances charge separation in structured water, thereby strengthening the body's internal battery. Beyond this, light stimulates various biological processes, such as the production of vitamin D and the regulation of brain signals that differentiate between daytime and nighttime activities. It also influences mood, sleep patterns, weight management, and numerous other aspects of health. Similarly, temperature impacts our blood vessels, heart rate, nerves, muscles, metabolism, and more, playing a significant role in overall bodily function.
Hydration
For more insights into the fascinating properties of water, check out our page on Infoceuticals. Research reveals that water is far more complex than just H2O molecules. It’s about the structured relationships that form between water molecules throughout our bodies. These structures create a separation of positive and negative charges, enabling water to function like a battery within us. This unique capability makes water essential in generating energy for our bodies.
Grounding
The body needs to maintain a slightly negative charge, which means having a plentiful supply of electrons. We can absorb these electrons through direct contact with the earth. However, walking on asphalt or wearing rubber-soled shoes doesn’t suffice. True grounding occurs when your skin directly touches the earth, such as by walking barefoot on grass or along the beach.
Movement / Exercise
Research links a lack of movement and exercise to numerous health issues. The benefits of physical activity extend beyond the biochemical exchanges that occur when we move. From a bioenergetics perspective, actions like compressing bones, stretching muscles, increasing lung capacity, and raising heart rate all contribute to generating a stronger energy field within the body.
Breathing
Our oxygen intake supplies us with more energy than food, yet many of us breathe shallowly, missing out on the full potential of this vital activity. By improving posture and breathing, and incorporating practices like meditation, we can enhance our ability to generate more energy, fueling our bodies more effectively.
Your Body's Control System Revitalize Your Body-Field, Revitalize Your Life
Traditional perspectives often focus solely on the body’s chemistry to understand how energy flows. However, chemistry alone can’t explain why energy moves the way it does or account for the rapid coordination required for complex, instantaneous actions. For instance, the body’s ability to execute intricate maneuvers—like a baseball player hitting a home run or a figure skater landing a triple axel—cannot be fully explained by the slow process of chemical signaling within the nervous system.
Nobel Prize-winning biochemist Albert Szent-Györgyi once said, “Life is too rapid and subtle to be explained by slow moving chemical reactions and nerve impulses.” This highlights the limitations of a purely chemical view of the body. While chemistry plays a role in communication, it is far too slow to manage the body’s extensive and immediate activities, which require a form of instantaneous communication. This is where the concept of “fields” comes into play.
In quantum physics, space isn’t an empty void but a “field” full of waves of information. As these waves interact, they create patterns from which energy, or particles, emerge. Albert Einstein emphasized this when he said, “The field is the sole governing agency of the particle.” In other words, fields of information are what control energy. This principle applies universally, including within the human body, where it is known as the Human Body-Field.
Bioenergetics focuses on evaluating the state of the Human Body-Field, focusing on the underlying reasons for a person’s energy or health issues, rather than simply diagnosing based on symptoms. After all, people with identical symptoms or diagnoses may be suffering from entirely different root causes. We believe that the body has a remarkable capacity for self-healing, provided it has the energy and correct energy flow to do so.
Resonance Communicates Information Enhance Coherent Communication for Healing
In quantum physics, particles like photons become entangled when they physically interact. Once entangled, these particles communicate instantaneously across any distance, bypassing the speed-of-light limit typically associated with information transfer. Einstein referred to this phenomenon as “spooky action at a distance.” We describe it as resonance. This is similar to how plucking a string on one guitar causes a nearby string on another guitar, tuned to the same note, to vibrate. Communication occurs between them due to sound waves and their sympathetic resonance. The more precisely the strings are tuned to the same note, the stronger the resonance. However, even with slight differences, resonance or communication can still happen if the similarity is close enough.
There is extensive evidence suggesting that the universe is structured like a fractal, with similar patterns repeating at different levels of creation within these fields. The patterns of “information” that shape our universe share these similarities. Just like the guitar strings, when the underlying fractals are highly similar, communication between them is stronger. When the fractals are less similar, the communication weakens, but due to inherent similarities, there is always some level of communication between all matter.
This isn’t just theoretical; our approach is based on this kind of communication, particularly in mapping the Human Body-Field. While the intricate details are covered in our other materials, the core idea is that by enhancing this communication, we can support the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally.
Peter Fraser, the co-founder of NES Health, spent years experimenting with modified bioenergetic equipment. This device allowed him to place test items onto two metal plates and, by introducing a low-voltage charge, observe the response of an indicator needle. When identical items were placed on each plate, the needle would suddenly move, indicating a match between them. However, when dissimilar items were used, the needle remained unchanged, suggesting weak communication between them.
What makes this fascinating is that the similarity between matched items wasn’t always based on their physical structures. In fact, items that looked quite different would often result in a needle movement, indicating a match. This suggested that the matches were based on an underlying fractal pattern of information—something rooted in the field rather than the physical matter itself. So, while obviously similar items matched, so did others that you wouldn’t normally expect to be related.
As a result of these experiments, it was discovered that many different parts of the body communicate with each other, which largely confirmed the ancient theory of meridians in Chinese medicine. Fraser’s matching tests refined some aspects of this traditional theory, introducing additions and corrections. However, the alignment was strong enough that the 12 Energetic Integrators developed were named after the 12 primary meridians of traditional Chinese medicine. This alignment further demonstrates the existence of an instantaneous communication system within the body, enabling it to function as a unified whole rather than as trillions of separate cells.
Of course, this unified communication system operates smoothly only when it’s free from distortions or blockages. These disruptions can be caused by toxins, pathogens, emotional traumas, or even nutritional deficiencies. When such issues arise, the overall system loses its coherence. For example, if resonance is disrupted in one part of a meridian, the entire meridian becomes incoherent. The primary goal, then, is to restore coherence across the system, ensuring optimal communication and function.
Information Opposes Entropy – Heal by Restoring Order, Efficiency, and Vital Information
The 2nd law of thermodynamics states that entropy, or disorder, in any given system—including the entire universe—must always increase. This means that chaos is constantly rising as the universe gradually moves toward a state of even heat distribution, ultimately reaching a point where no work can be done, close to absolute zero.
However, despite this inevitable increase in entropy, the universe also sees the development of increasingly complex forms. This occurs because as entropy rises, so does information. While the universe as a whole trends toward heat distribution, we find pockets of extreme organization where information actively opposes entropy—places where solar systems form and life evolves with growing complexity.
This tells us that life depends on information to counteract entropy. Information fosters coherence, communication, and efficiency. When information is compromised—due to toxins, pathogens, or emotional stress, shocks, and traumas—coherence, communication, and efficiency within the body decrease.
Our bodies naturally strive to operate efficiently, conserving energy whenever possible. By continuously recharging our “batteries,” we build a reserve of energy that can be tapped into during emergencies, helping us maintain resilience in the face of challenges.
In the case of intentional hormetic stress, the body is deliberately pushed slightly out of balance, leading to a minor increase in entropy (chaos). This temporary disruption makes the body less efficient, resulting in a slight increase in energy use. However, when the body is functioning properly, it responds by generating a corresponding increase in information, which restores balance and returns the body to an efficient state.
The value of this intentional hormetic stress lies in its ability to keep the body more flexible and adaptable to varying situations. It helps the body build resilience and maintain a state of readiness for future challenges. As shown in the chart below, this process is represented as a normal fluctuation around a baseline state of wellness (A):
When the body is confronted with stress from toxins, pathogens, or emotional shocks and traumas, the resulting increase in entropy is significantly greater than that caused by hormetic stress. The body must mount a much more substantial informational response to counteract this heightened disorder. The initial surge in entropy makes the body far less efficient, leading to a sharp increase in energy use (see B: Acute Phase). This response assumes that the person has adequate energy reserves to handle the demand.
If the body’s information response is compromised and fails to restore efficiency, the elevated energy consumption during the acute phase will eventually deplete the person’s energy reserves, resulting in a crash in energy levels (C: Change Phase). If the individual starts with little to no energy reserves, this crash will occur much sooner. This scenario underscores the importance of keeping the body’s “battery” charged to ensure it can effectively respond to stress and maintain overall health.
This leads us to an important question: why might the information response fail? Why wouldn't the body-field be able to restore efficiency? Several factors could contribute to such a failure:
Another critical reason for a failure in the information response is a lack of available energy to initiate it. As shown in the chart, an increase in energy is required to mount an effective response. If a person doesn’t have sufficient energy reserves, the demand for additional energy during a crisis will overwhelm them, causing an immediate collapse into a survival state. In this state, the body prioritizes basic functions over complex repair and restoration processes, further compromising the ability to restore efficiency and coherence.
Another reason for a failure in the information response is continued exposure to the original stressor. For example, your body might be effectively flushing out a toxin as it’s designed to do, but if you continue to breathe in or ingest that toxin, the body can never fully eliminate it. Similarly, your body might be clearing a pathogen, but ongoing exposure to the source—such as mold, bacteria, or other harmful agents—prevents full recovery. This constant reintroduction of the stressor overwhelms the body’s ability to restore efficiency and maintain balance.
Another reason the information response might fail is due to blocked communication caused by stuck emotions. These are emotions that were never fully processed, often resulting from ongoing stress or emotional shocks and traumas. When these unresolved emotions linger, they disrupt the flow of information within the body, making communication less efficient and less accurate. This blockage can prevent the body from effectively healing, as the necessary information to restore balance and efficiency isn't properly communicated.
Another potential cause for the failure of the information response is a lack of coherence in the structures of the Energetic Terrains. These terrains need to be coherent to communicate effectively through resonance. If they are not functioning properly, they cannot support the body's natural healing processes. Without proper resonance and coherence in these structures, the communication needed for healing is disrupted, making it difficult for the body to restore balance and efficiency.
After an energy crash resulting from the inability to correct a problem, a person enters a chronic phase of disease (D). They will remain in this phase until they can generate the appropriate response to restore balance. Escaping this chronic phase requires addressing all of the issues mentioned above:
- Replenishing Energy Reserves: Ensuring the body has enough energy to mount a response.
- Removing Continued Exposure: Eliminating ongoing exposure to toxins, pathogens, or other harmful agents.
- Releasing Stuck Emotions: Processing unresolved emotions to clear communication blockages.
- Restoring Coherence in Energetic Terrains: Reestablishing the coherence and proper function of the Energetic Terrains to enable effective resonance and communication.
By addressing these factors, the body can begin to recover, eventually moving out of the chronic phase and restoring health.

Clearing the energetic residue of shock, trauma, and unhealthy stress.
Emotions may be the most significant factor in chronic disease—much more than many people realize. There are, of course, various approaches to helping individuals recover from trauma and shock. We focus on identifying trapped emotional energies in the body-field and support their resolution with our Brain Hologram and Liberator Infoceuticals. By addressing the energetic residue of emotional events, we help remove these blockages, restoring clear communication within the body-field. Additionally, our system recommends ESR, which is designed to bioenergetically relieve day-to-day stress, further supporting emotional well-being.
mount the informational healing response of the body’s Energetic Terrains
With adequate energy and the removal of any communication blockages, the body can initiate the informational healing response of its Energetic Terrains. Our coaches facilitate this process using our bioenergetic assessment and Energetic Terrain Infoceuticals. These tools help ensure that the healing response occurs effectively and that the information guiding the process is clear and accurate.
This process is illustrated on the chart above as a series of fluctuations between conserving energy and activating the Energetic Terrains to heal the damage that has occurred. When the blocks to information—especially the residue of shocks and traumas—are addressed, the body enters a cycle of building energy and healing until recovery gradually takes place. It’s important to remember that as recovery progresses, we can enhance our efforts to recharge the body’s battery, further supporting this healing process.
